Most people live nowhere near 100% when it comes to healthy eating. We need to be careful when reviewing products that we dont throw the baby out with the bath water. it doesnt look healthy at allreally? I agree there are a couple of ingredients that are suspect, but it is loaded with healthy ingredients. Im very much into nutrition, and am an RN and I keep up with the latest research. I swear by this product and Im very picky. It my daily dose of vitamins, there is 900mg of potassium which is more than anything else. Not a water drinker so it forces me to drink more water. I like that you have to mix with 16oz water. I drink it first thing in the morning and it gives me a boost. I love drinking a lot of zip fizz everyday Ive been drinking Zipfizz for years. Again, I guess this did give me energy when I needed it, but not worth the taste. The vitamins need to be disguised a whole lot better. Seriously crush up vitamins and add 1/3 (small) package of flavored drink mix aka kool aid (maybe less) and you get the flavor of these. I guess this worked? However, the flavor was barely acceptable. I do wish the packaging was a little bit less wasteful, and a redesign of the packaging would make them a lot easier to carry around in a purse or pocket. I feel they are a healthier alternative to energy drinks, and theyre easy to drink on the go. I dont feel a huge boost of energy, but I also dont experience a crash after drinking these.
